- Reactivation Visit w/ adjustment (4 mo+) $90This visit is for chiropractic patients who have not been in for 4 months or longer. Visit includes a brief exam and adjustment. Patient form can be done ahead of time HERE...or come in 10 minutes BEFORE appointment to fill it out in the office.

NUTRITION - IN OFFICE Services
You must be a Patient to receive nutrition services and products.- Nutrition Visit: In Office-Patients only $40Nutrition follow up visit in our office, as part of a wellness program.
- Nutritional RE-EVALUATION-In Office-Patients only $50Nutritional RE-EVAL, includes ZYTO scans, and body healing capacity tests, Tanita scale. Patient must arrive 10 minutes PRIOR to appointment time to do scan and/or additional tests.
